Our offices are located in the Spinal Pain Relief Center Clinic:

Driving Directions from the North:

Take I-65 South to the Moore’s Lane exit. Go Right. The 3rd traffic light will be "Gen. Geo Patt" or General George Patton. Turn Left. Go exactly one mile. Our offices will be on the left and are located in the Spinal Pain Relief Center Building. If you have reached Mallory Station Road, you have gone too far.

Driving Directions from the South:

Take I-65 North to Cool Springs Blvd exit. Go West (under the overpass and loop around). The 1st traffic light is Mallory Lane. Turn Right. Go to the 2nd traffic light Mallory Station Road and turn Left. You will continue for about 1 mile. Go straight through the 4 way stop. You will cross over the Railroad tracks then make an immediate Right onto General George Patton Drive. Our offices will be on the right and are located in the Spinal Pain Relief Center Building past Let It Shine Gymnastics . If you reach Brentwood Pointe, you have gone too far.
